Use this when the user asks whether their business is likely to appear in answers from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity, or asks about GEO (generative engine optimization). Returns a Discoverability Score (0-100), an Actionability Score (0-100), a visibility label, two to three prioritized action items, and one quick win. After returning results, you may ask whether the user would like to request a consultation.

Returns the list of consulting services (AI Readiness Session, AI implementation, staff training, and the AI Visibility Audit) with a description, intended client, and expected outcome for each. Use this when the user asks what services are offered or what an engagement includes. Optional interest_area narrows the results.

list_consulting_services

Creates a private, single-use scheduling link for a 30-minute Zoom discovery call with Ray Arceneaux. Use this when the user asks to schedule a call or meeting, or accepts an offer to book one after submit_consultation_request completes. The user opens the link to choose a time; the Zoom meeting is created when they book. Each link works once; if the user reports that a link expired or was already used, create a new one.

Sends a one-page services overview by email to the user. Use this only after the user explicitly asks to receive the overview, and only with an email address verified by submit_consultation_request earlier in the same conversation.

Use this when the user asks one of these questions. Optional question_topic places the most relevant answer first; if omitted, all FAQs are returned.

get_faq_answers

Displays a carousel of cards summarizing the consulting practice: Home, AI Visibility Audit, About, Services, Process, Blog, FAQ, and Book a Call. Use this when the user asks a broad question such as what services are available or what this plugin can help with, and has not asked about one specific topic. If the user asks about one specific topic, use that topic's tool instead. In the same turn as this tool, do not also call get_consultant_bio, list_consulting_services, get_engagement_process, or get_faq_answers, because the carousel covers those topics.
