Razorpay ACE Marketplace

Add a product to the shopping cart. IMPORTANT: productId must be the `id` field from product-search results. If cartId is omitted, a new cart is created — its ID is returned in the response. Pass this cartId to all subsequent cart operations. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

add_to_cart

Remove all items from the cart. Removes all line items from the Shopify cart. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

clear_cart

Create a Razorpay order from the cart and return a hosted checkout URL. Pass either cartId (from add_to_cart) OR cartItems array directly. For Shopify, cartItems skips add_to_cart; for Vi recharge, use cartItems with the pack id and notes.msisdn. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

create_checkout

Get available filter values (categories, brands, tags, sizes, colors, price range) for the store. Call this tool before search_products when the user mentions specific brands, categories, sizes, colors, or other product attributes. WORKFLOW: 1. User mentions a filter (brand/category/size/color/tags) — call this tool first. 2. Use exact values from the response. 3. Call search_products with the user's query and those exact filter values. 4. Always follow this tool with a search_products call — never stop here. RETURNS: - productTypes: available categories (e.g., ['T-Shirts', 'Jeans', 'Phones']) - vendors: available brands (e.g., ['Nike', 'Adidas', 'Apple']) - tags: available tags (e.g., ['sale', 'new-arrival', 'bestseller']) - priceRange: {min, max} bounds - variantOptions: sizes, colors, materials (e.g., [{name: 'Size', values: ['S', 'M', 'L']}]) EXAMPLES: 'show me nike shoes' → get_filter_options, then search_products({query: 'shoes', vendor: 'Nike'}) 'blue t-shirts on sale' → get_filter_options, then search_products({query: 't-shirts', tags: ['sale'], variantOptions: [{name: 'Color', value: 'Blue'}]}) Multi-store: omit `merchants` to auto-select relevant stores; pass store key(s) only when the shopper names a store. Pass `query` so stores are picked for it. Results are under `merchants.<key>`, whose keys ARE the stores that matched — reuse them for cart/checkout calls.

get_filter_options

Get order status and details using a Razorpay order ID. Returns order information including items, shipping address, payment status, and fulfillment status. Use this when the user asks about their order with an order ID. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

get_order_status

Use the productId from the search results. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

get_product_details

Remove a product from the cart or reduce its quantity. Multi-store: pass `merchant_args` as `{ "<storeKey>": { ...args } }`, using the store key and ids from the search results. Results are under `merchants.<key>`.

remove_from_cart

Primary tool for showing products to users. Use this tool when the user wants to find, browse, search, or see products. Returns product results as plain text and structured data. SEARCH BEHAVIOR (matches Shopify website): - Full-text search across title, description, tags, AND variant option values (Color, Size, etc.) - Color/size keywords in query are auto-extracted to variantOptions for facet filtering - Example: 'blue tshirt' → query='tshirt' + variantOptions=[{name:'Color', value:'Blue'}] - Results include availableFilters with Color/Size/Price facets (like website sidebar) FILTER USAGE RULES: 1. Apply filters when the user mentions price, brand, category, size, color, or other attributes. 2. For price filters: extract numbers from user input (e.g., 'under 20000' → maxPrice: 20000). 3. For brand/category/tag/variant filters: call get_filter_options first to get valid values. 4. Apply all filters the user mentions — do not skip any. SUPPORTED FILTERS: - Price range: minPrice/maxPrice - Category: productType (get exact values from get_filter_options first) - Brand: vendor (get exact values from get_filter_options first) - Tags: tags array (get exact values from get_filter_options first) - Variant options: variantOptions array, e.g. [{name: 'Size', value: 'M'}] - Availability: available boolean (true for in-stock only) - Sorting: sortBy ('price_asc', 'price_desc', 'newest', 'best_selling', 'relevance') EXAMPLES: - 'phones under 20000' → {query: 'phones', maxPrice: 20000} - 'blue tshirt' → {query: 'blue tshirt'} — auto-extracts Color:Blue, searches 'tshirt' in all fields - 'nike shoes size 10' → call get_filter_options, then {query: 'nike shoes size 10'} — auto-extracts Size:10 - 'blue jeans 2000 to 5000' → call get_filter_options, then {query: 'blue jeans', minPrice: 2000, maxPrice: 5000} PHONE / MOBILE NUMBERS: this tool has no separate mobile number field. If the user's message contains a phone number (e.g. for a mobile recharge search), you MUST fold the digits directly into the free-text `query` string — never invent or pass a separate parameter like `mobileNumber` or `phone`, it will be silently dropped and the search will fail to find the number. - 'recharge 9876543210' → {query: '9876543210'} (or {query: 'recharge 9876543210'}) - 'top up my vi number 9876543210 with a long validity pack' → {query: '9876543210 long validity'} Multi-store: omit `merchants` to auto-select relevant stores; pass store key(s) only when the shopper names a store. Results are under `merchants.<key>`, whose keys ARE the stores that matched — reuse them for cart/checkout calls.

search_products
