RescueTime

Returns whether the user is currently in a focus zone, focus session, or timer, including timing, blocking, and linked project context.

get_focus_state

Returns the authenticated user's project-time blocks within a date range, including user-owned and available team projects, tasks, clients, and review state.

project_time_history

Returns recent logged applications/sites with category and productivity context. Day chunks use five-minute intervals; week chunks use hourly intervals.

recent_activity

Reads public RescueTime taxonomy, productivity, overview, or category definitions. No authentication is required.

reference_documentation

Starts a focus session for the authenticated user. Call get_focus_state first and use only after the user explicitly asks to start a session.

start_focus_session

Starts a project-aware timer for the authenticated user. Call get_focus_state first and use only after the user explicitly asks to start a timer.
