RevRecoup Receivables

Checks a signed-in creditor’s AI collection intake. It does not expose document contents or debtor contact fields.

get_ai_collection_intake_status

Use only for this direct informational intent: what safety controls apply before RevRecoup can act on a receivable?

get_receivables_safety_controls

Use only to list held receivables in the signed-in creditor’s own account and show invoice numbers, labels, status, priority, or current route. Apply collection_mode=hold.

list_receivables

Creates or resumes a held, review-only intake after the creditor asks RevRecoup to collect. Require an explicit B2B or B2C account type for every account; for B2C, capture the reviewed debtor email and exact country/state or province. Use an idempotency key that is stable for this exact user request. This does not submit, send outreach, or assign a collector. Return the secure review link so the creditor can sign in, attach original documents, choose a route, and approve the exact submission.

create_ai_collection_intake

Call this tool only when the signed-in creditor asks to prepare a review-only friendly follow-up for a specific first-party B2B invoice and says not to send it. Return ordinary bullet text from the review packet only. Do not draft or render an email, do not open an email composer, and do not use another email or messaging tool. The receivable must already be approved for self-service AI. Nothing is saved or sent.

prepare_ai_follow_up

Use only to propose moving one specific receivable in the signed-in creditor’s own account to self-serve, outsourced recovery, or hold, including proposed labels. The proposal changes nothing.

propose_receivable_routing

Use only to summarize the status of receivables in the signed-in creditor’s own account and identify items that may need review.
