It is the only source of an accurate chart: astronomical solar terms, historical time zones and longitude-corrected local time for any city in the world. Never guess a chart from the date. Call rules (call first, ask later): - Call as soon as you have a birth date and gender. Birth time, birth place and name are optional — omit what you do not know instead of asking. Searches the world city database (any language or script) and returns candidates with country, time zone and code. Use only when the user explicitly wants to pick from a list, or when a chart result said the birth place was not found. Do not call it before the first chart — the chart tools resolve birthPlace on their own.

[SAJU | Daily pillars (日辰) and a month calendar] Call this when the user asks about a specific date or month: "is next Friday good for the interview", "how is today for me", "best days in October to sign the contract / move / travel / propose", "what is the day pillar of 2026-11-03", "this month's daily luck". Returns the target date's day pillar (Ten Gods for this Day Master, life stage, void, lunar date, solar term), its relations with the natal, annual and monthly pillars, and the full month grid with every day's pillar so you can compare days. Call rules (call first, ask later): - Call as soon as you have a birth date and gender. Birth time, birth place and name are optional — omit what you do not know instead of asking. Returns all 10-year Luck Pillars (大運) with their years, the requested year's Annual Luck (歲運) with its clashes/combinations against the natal chart, and the 12 Monthly Luck pillars (月運) of that year with exact solar-term date ranges.
