Add up to 100 owned SavedIt saves to an owned manual collection without changing saved-item truth.

savedit_add_collection_items

Return the exact number of active saves the user owns without listing their content. Use this for total or quantity questions; archived, deleted, and shared-with-you saves are excluded.

savedit_count_saves

Create a new owned manual collection. Collection names do not need to be unique.

savedit_create_collection

Delete an owned manual collection and its memberships. The saved items remain in the user's library.
