Report the status and binding of a specific product license for the authenticated customer.

check_license_status

Finds ScalperIntel product documents relevant to a query and returns a ranked list of results to open with `fetch`. For ANSWERING a question — including product recommendations, how-to and troubleshooting — use the `answer` tool instead, which returns a complete, compliance-checked answer with citations. Use this only when the underlying source text or extra context is needed.

search

List the ScalperIntel licenses on the authenticated customer’s account — product, status, license type (Machine ID or Named User), machine bindings / NT username, activations remaining, and expiry. Requires sign-in with the purchase email.

get_my_licenses

Returns the full text of one ScalperIntel product document — pass the id of a result returned by `search`. For ordinary questions use `answer` instead; this is for reading a source document directly.

fetch

Log a bug or unresolved problem for the ScalperIntel team when you genuinely cannot resolve it for the customer. Use THIS tool instead of ever claiming you will "flag", "escalate", or "notify the team" — this is the only thing that actually records an issue. It returns a reference id to give the customer.

report_issue

CANCELS the license binding, sets status to pending, and SWITCHES the license to the OTHER activation type: resetting a Machine ID license leaves it Named User, and resetting a Named User license leaves it Machine ID. That switch is the entire purpose — use this ONLY to move a license from one type to the other, then call update_license to bind the new type. DO NOT use it for a changed machine ID, a new PC, or a rebind of the same type — for those call update_license directly, which replaces the binding in place. Resetting when an update would do throws away the customer's current binding for no reason. Destructive: confirm with the customer first. Requires licenses:update.

reset_license

Report the ScalperIntel AI service version, how much product documentation is loaded, and whether the licence tools are available. Useful to confirm the connection is working.

service_status

Diagnose "license not working / expired / not active" for the authenticated customer — combines their real license state with the activation diagnostic guide. Provide the exact NinjaTrader message if possible.

troubleshoot_license

Activate or update one of the authenticated customer’s licenses. THIS is the tool for a changed machine ID, a new PC, or any rebind of the SAME license type — it replaces the binding in place, so never reset first. mode="machine" binds NinjaTrader machine ID(s) (legacy, NT < 8.1.7.0). mode="named_user" binds the NT account email (NT 8.1.7.0+). Only use reset_license first when SWITCHING between the two types. Confirm the exact machine ID or email with the customer before writing. Requires the licenses:update scope.
