Changes the delivery timeslot for a confirmed upcoming order (NOT related to the shopping cart). Change delivery timeslot for existing order to any available day (not limited to same day). PREREQUISITE: call get_alternative_timeslots first to get valid slot_id and slot_type. Types: EXPRESS (fast), ON_TIME (scheduled window), VIRTUAL (flexible). Match exact customer time - whole-hour slots differ from quarter-hour slots.

Call only when the user wants to change the delivery slot. The slot chosen in the timeslot widget is already applied.

Empty the entire cart at once, removing all items. Use only when the user explicitly wants to remove ALL items — phrases like 'remove everything', 'empty my cart', 'start over', or 'clear the whole cart'. Do NOT use for partial cleanup or ambiguous requests like 'clean up my cart a bit'. Cannot be undone. For removing a single specific item, use remove_cart_item instead.

Credit returnable bottles/crates to the current customer's order (NOT eco-bags). Each package needs a cargoId (from get_customer_returnables) and a count. IMPORTANT: 'count' is the desired final total of credited pieces for that type — it replaces the current value, it is not additive. If order_id is omitted the latest delivered order is used automatically. REQUIRES EXPLICIT CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION: before calling this tool, state the exact returnable types and final counts to the customer and get their confirmation — only call after the customer confirms. Guardrails: max 1 correction call per order. Check corrections_remaining from get_customer_returnables first — if 0, escalate to human instead. Orders older than 72 hours (3 days) are NOT eligible — escalate to human instead. In CZ, keg/sud returnables are NOT eligible for automated crediting — escalate to a human instead of retrying. For eco-bags use adjust_user_reusable_bags instead.

Retrieve past/upcoming orders with details (max 15 orders). REQUIRED: provide at least one of order_id, limit, date_from, or date_to — calling without any parameter will fail. Parameter selection: TIME PERIODS ('last year', 'December') → use date_from + date_to (YYYY-MM-DD). RECENT COUNT ('last 3 orders') → use limit. SPECIFIC ORDER → use order_id. Set order_type to delivered/upcoming/both. For upcoming/both, also returns courier ETA, number, delay or delivery status. Both enabledData and disabledData contain products that were in the order. selectedPackaging indicates order packaging type (REUSABLE_BAGS, PAPER_BAGS, FORCED_PAPER_BAGS). priceComposition includes reusableBagsDeposit and packagingFee. Use for reordering, claims, bags/packaging inquiries, shopping lists creation, spending tracking.

See all products the user has marked as favorites. Use for quick reordering of beloved products, understanding taste preferences, or suggesting similar items the user might enjoy. Returns only a lightweight list (name, price, availability) without further details. If you need a product's description, composition, or other details, call get_product_details.

Get detailed timeslot availability for existing order including both available and unavailable slots with restriction reasons (EXPIRATION, SOLD_OUT_PRODUCT, SUPPLY_INTERRUPTION, etc). Returns all timeslots across all days with availability status and detailed restriction information. Use when rescheduling existing upcoming order.

Retrieve active announcements for the user's region (delivery disruptions, weather warnings, technical issues, general notices). Returns a list of announcements with type (informative/positive/warning/negative), title, and content.

If corrections_remaining == 0, do NOT call credit_customer_returnables — escalate to a human agent instead. Also returns order_too_old (true if the order was delivered more than 72 hours ago). If order_too_old is true, do NOT call credit_customer_returnables — escalate to a human agent instead. Use this before credit_customer_returnables. For eco-bags use get_user_reusable_bags_info.

Provide customers with ways to reach human support. Returns phone, email, WhatsApp contact details, operational hours, and is_currently_open indicating whether support is open right now.

Get currently discounted items. To search for specific products on sale by name, use batch_search_products with sales filter instead.

Fetch FAQ content for user's region (auto-detected). Returns markdown. Use for questions about store policies, loyalty programs, terms. Pass category slug (general, xtra_general, warranty, returnable_bags, terms_general, etc).

CONFIRMED → call with customer_confirmed=true → executes removals sequentially with progress updates NEVER set customer_confirmed=true without prior explicit user confirmation. Fetch order details first to get order_field_id values. Set updated_amount to 0 to remove completely, or to a lower number to reduce quantity. Items are processed one at a time; individual failures do not stop the batch.

Sets a delivery address for the current cart/checkout. Accepts address_id from get_user_addresses or search_address. Returns is_delivered_to indicating whether the address is within the delivery zone. If is_delivered_to is false, the address is outside the delivery area — use request_delivery_expansion to register for notifications when delivery becomes available there.

Toggle suborder mode for the current checkout. When enabled, the cart is merged into the customer's upcoming order and reuses its delivery slot, address, payment method, and packaging at no extra delivery fee. Eligibility is exposed in `get_checkout` under `suborder.available`.
