Speys is a hub of applets that open without installing, all on one account. Plans you make with AI shouldn't stay in the chat: connect Speys to ChatGPT and tell it what you watched, plan to cook, need to buy or have to do: ChatGPT saves it to your Speys lists, and you see everything in the Speys app. What you can do: - Films: mark films as watched (with your rating) or add them to your watchlist; list what you have watched. - Meals: save recipes with their ingredients, put them on your weekly meal plan, and add missing ingredients to your shopping list. - Shopping list: add items you are missing and see what is on the list. - Workouts: save a workout program, assign routines to weekdays, update a routine, and get a summary of recent training. - Tasks: add tasks with due dates and reminders, tick them off, and see what is open. - Routines: add repeating habits (every morning, three days a week). - Notes: save free-form notes and checklists. - Expenses: log expenses, for example from a pasted bank statement, and see this month's total. Say several things at once and they are saved in one go. After every save a Speys card shows what was added, what was already there and what could not be found; Undo on the card removes it. Speys only reaches your own records in these applets. It does not receive your conversation, and data is never used for advertising or to train AI models.

Writes one or more expenses (amount in TRY, description, date, category) to the user's Speys monthly expense ledger, by default the personal ledger. An expense with the same date, amount and description already in the ledger is skipped. The answer includes total_saved.
budget_add_expense
Adds one or more films to the user's Speys WATCHLIST (films to watch later). Films already in the list are skipped.
film_add_to_watchlist
Adds one or more meals to the user's Speys weekly meal plan: a date (YYYY-MM-DD), a meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the title of a recipe the user already has in Speys. Save new recipes with recipe_create_recipe first. A recipe already planned for that day and meal is skipped.
recipe_add_to_plan
Adds one or more notes to the note board on the user's Speys agenda. Each note is one text: first line is the title, following lines the body. A note with exactly the same text is skipped.
notes_add_note
Adds one or more REPEATING routines to the user's Speys routines (daily, weekly on a weekday, monthly on a day of month), with an optional time of day slot. "3 days a week" is three weekly items with different day_of_week. An identical routine is skipped.
routines_add_entry
Adds one or more one-off TASKS to the user's Speys agenda. Give each task a dueDate (YYYY-MM-DD, the user's local day) so it shows on that day; for a study plan send one item per study day. Optional reminderTime (HH:MM local) and listName (an existing task list). A task with the same title on the same day is skipped.
tasks_add_item
Adds one or more items to the user's Speys shopping list (Eksik Var). Names are matched to the product catalog; an item already on the list is skipped, an item marked as at home moves back to the list.
shopping_add_item
Returns the user's Speys Gym weekly plan: which routine is on which weekday, or the rotating order if a rotating plan is on.
gym_get_weekly_plan
Shows a month of the user's expense ledger: total, totals by category and the entries (newest first). Does not change anything.

Lists the user's notes, newest first, with ids and text (long notes are shortened).

Saves one or more workout routines (e.g. Push, Pull, Legs) to the user's Speys Gym app. Each item is one routine with its exercises and sets (reps + weight_kg, or duration_seconds for holds). Exercise names are matched to the Speys exercise catalog; a routine with an unknown exercise is not saved and the reason lists the closest catalog names. A routine whose name already exists is skipped (use gym_update_routine). Does not change the weekly plan.
gym_save_routines
Searches the Speys exercise catalog by name or muscle (e.g. "row", "chest", "rear delt") and returns the exact catalog names to use in routines. Does not change anything.
gym_search_exercises
Searches the film catalog by title (does not change anything).
film_search_movies
Assigns existing routines to weekdays in the user's Speys Gym weekly plan. Each item is one routine name with the weekdays it is done on; routine "rest" clears those days. Days not listed keep their current routine. Turns off the rotating plan if it was on.
gym_set_weekly_plan
Shows the user's Speys shopping list (Eksik Var): the missing items to buy, and the names of items marked as at home.
shopping_list_items
Shows the user's Speys meal plan day by day, from a start date (default today) for a number of days (default 7).
recipe_get_meal_plan
Answers 'what should I eat today / tonight?'. Returns candidates from the recipes the user and their household saved, ranked by how long ago each was last eaten and by which ingredients are already at home (Speys shopping list); also what was eaten in the last 30 days, what is already planned for the next 7 days, and the at-home and to-buy items. Pick 2-3 candidates and give one short reason each (e.g. not eaten for 3 weeks, the mince is at home), and also propose 1-2 NEW dishes the user has not saved, for variety. What is at home is a bonus, not a limit: the user can buy ingredients, so a dish may need a few missing ones; name them and offer to add them with shopping_add_item. 'Easy' means a normal 30-60 minute home meal, not the most trivial option (not just pasta or eggs). Respect what the user rules out (e.g. no chicken tomorrow). To plan the choice use recipe_add_to_plan (a new dish: recipe_create_recipe first, with full ingredients and steps).
recipe_suggest_meal
Summarises the user's logged workouts over the last N weeks (default 4): workouts per week, per-exercise sessions, sets, rep range and top weight first → last (progress), and weekly sets per muscle group (done vs. planned by the weekly plan; secondary muscles count half). Use it to find lagging or missing muscle groups.
gym_get_training_summary
Only for the Speys result card's Undo button. Do not call this yourself.
speys_undo
Changes an existing routine in the user's Speys Gym app (found by its exact name): rename it, replace its whole exercise list, or add / remove exercises. Use after the user agrees to a suggested change. Added exercises are matched to the catalog like gym_save_routines.
gym_update_routine
Changes an existing task by id (from tasks_get_data): mark it done with isCompleted true (or reopen with false), rename it, or move it to another dueDate. Use it when the user, or you after finishing the work, completes a task.
