Returns Spkr podcast-script rewrite guidance for converting an article or draft into a spoken, podcast-friendly script. Takes no input and only reads guidance — it does not modify anything. Returns a recommended model, reasoning effort, a rewrite checklist, and guidance text. Call this first, rewrite the user text using the returned guidance, then call save_podcast_script_to_spkr with the final script to create the episode.

Read-only and non-destructive: it only computes a recommendation from the inputs you pass and persists nothing in Spkr or anywhere else. Closed-world (not open-world): it calls no external services and acts only on the provided input. After rewriting with this guidance, call save_podcast_script_to_spkr with the final text.

Saves the user's final podcast-friendly script as a new article in their default Spkr podcast, which produces a podcast episode. Not read-only: it writes new content to the user's account. Non-destructive: it only creates a new article and never edits or deletes existing data — duplicate scripts are detected and require explicit forceUpload to save a second copy. Closed-world (not open-world): it writes only to the authenticated user's own Spkr account through Spkr's first-party API, never to an open or external system.
