List the norms published in the signed-in organization. This is the first call of any search: a norm absent from this list cannot be read, and must not be answered from memory.

list_norms

Report which organization this connector reads from, the signed-in role, the plan name and how many norms are available. Use it to confirm the connection points at the intended workspace before starting.

whoami

Return the references one section makes to other clauses or other norms. Following a reference is often what separates a correct answer from an incomplete one.

get_cross_refs

Return one figure of a norm as an image: load diagrams, design charts, standard cross-sections. Call it when the figure carries the rule and describing it in words would lose the content. The figure identifier comes from `get_section`.

get_figure

Reload a dossier: its entries, their citations and the questions still open. Do this before answering whenever the user returns to a project already named, otherwise a decision already taken gets taken again. The name is enough; the identifier is optional.

load_dossier

Open a project dossier, or return the one that already carries that name. Calling it twice with the same name does not create a duplicate.

open_dossier

List the project dossiers open in the organization. Call it when the user names a project: a dossier that already exists is reloaded, never recreated.

list_dossiers

Append one entry to a project dossier: a cited reference, a retained hypothesis, a site observation, or a question left open. Set `confidence` whenever a value is at stake: confusing a computed value, a chosen value and a provisional one is the mistake this field exists to prevent. Writes only to the signed-in organization and never publishes anything.

save_finding

Full-text search inside one norm, ranked BM25, with a hit in a heading outranking a hit in the body. Use it as the fallback when the table of contents suggests no obvious section. Matching is per term, not per substring: "beam" does not match "beams".

search_in_norm

Return the content of one section: text, LaTeX formulas, tables, and the cross-references it carries. This is what gets quoted, together with the exact section path and page range it came from. Call it before stating any technical claim taken from a norm.
