Send a product-availability inquiry to a distributor. Emails the distributor's procurement contact on behalf of the authenticated user, with the SupplyFlowQC team CC'd and the user's address set as Reply-To. The distributor's email is looked up by slug — use `get-supplier-info` first if you don't already have it. **WHEN TO USE:** - The user wants to ask a distributor whether a product is in stock or how soon it can ship - The user wants to request a quote/availability for a specific quantity - After the user has identified a product (via search-products) and a target distributor **REQUIREMENTS:** - The user's SupplyFlow email address must be verified — an unverified account cannot send, and the call returns code `email_not_verified`. - Sends are capped per user per rolling 24 hours; over the cap the call returns code `quota_exceeded`. Neither is worth retrying. **RETURNS:** - id: SupplyFlow inquiry id (audit record) - status: "sent" on success - distributor_slug: the distributor that was contacted - product_name: the product the inquiry was about On failure, returns `error` with a machine-readable `code` instead.
