check_preferential_origin

Estimate the total cost of importing goods into an EU member state. Returns the customs duty, any additional duties (anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard), CBAM cost, import VAT, and the resulting landed cost, together with the trade agreement applied and the source of each rate. All rate fields are percentages, so 19 means 19%. Destination must be an EU member state. Results are estimates for planning; the declared value and classification remain the declarant's responsibility.

Report the signed-in account's Declarant plan, billing status and monthly usage. Use this to check the remaining calculation allowance before running a batch of estimates, or to confirm which plan the account is on.

List recent duty and regulation changes affecting the signed-in account's trade lanes. Covers TARIC rate changes, new or expiring anti-dumping and safeguard measures, and quota movements. Dismissed and snoozed alerts are excluded.

Find EU TARIC/CN commodity codes matching a product description or code prefix. Use this to identify the 10-digit code for a product before estimating its import cost. Returns matching codes with their official descriptions.
