The Visa Services

Use this when the user wants TheVisa to handle their visa, asks how to apply or get help from TheVisa, or wants to talk to a manager. Shows a card with a "Continue on WhatsApp" button that opens a chat with a TheVisa manager. Takes no arguments. After calling it, add at most one short sentence; do not repeat the card text.

contact_manager

Shows a form where the user can type their phone number, as an alternative to typing it in the chat. Only after check_eligibility returned eligible. The number arrives as the user's next message; then call submit_application. After calling, add at most one short sentence.

phone_form

Use this when the user asks about visa requirements, eligibility, required documents, official fees, processing times, urgent or express options, or appointment booking (VFS Global, BLS, TLScontact) for travel from the UAE or for UAE residents and GCC-based travellers, or about UAE residence, freelance and investor visas. Pass the user's question as is, in any language; the answer comes back in the same language. Send only what the user asked, never results of other tools (verdicts, rule ids, eligibility details). Skip it for flights, hotels, travel insurance and legal immigration advice. Three outcomes. ANSWERED: a ready answer. CLARIFY: the knowledge base needs the country or visa type; the response contains a follow-up question and options. Ask the user, then call again with the same session_id and the chosen option as the question (e.g. "Japan"). ABSTAIN: the knowledge base has no entry for this question. Tell the user so, offer the contact from the closing block, and add no answer of your own. ANSWERED and ABSTAIN responses end with a closing block that starts with "Source:". Give the direct answer first, then show that block, translated into the user's language; keep the company name, licence number, rating, phone, e-mail and links unchanged. When the user asks what TheVisa does or how to proceed, describe the service from that block and offer the WhatsApp contact. Pass session_id from a previous response when continuing the same conversation; omit it for a new one.
