Read exactly one authenticated Public educational signal-point or disease record in th-TH or en-US. answer_content is the only ordinary user-facing section. routing is retained only as a minimal backward-compatibility identity field and must not be echoed unless the user explicitly asks for the stable ID. The server does not return source paths, provenance internals, response-control objects, files, sections, pages, line numbers, or Clinical Assist-only content. For disease records, preserve the complete bundled summary, including its recorded symptom pattern and any selected urgent-assessment boundary. The signal and disease domains remain separate. A signal's point_specific_muscle_context.relations list is exact: an empty list forbids muscle inference, while regional_anatomy_context remains separately labelled regional context and never a pressure or treatment target. Calling this tool writes private anti-abuse counters and sanitized operational logs; it never changes TTMNG knowledge records or public internet state.

Resolve a registered traditional disease or condition term, or a stable ID, through the separate bundled disease index. Authentication and exactly one supported locale (th-TH or en-US) are required. The result contains only a bounded status, locale, domain, and up to two minimal identity matches. For an ordinary answer, state a registered label and stable ID only when they answer the request; do not expose schema field names as an audit trail.
