Answer one how-to question about UPP with a synthesized, cited response grounded only in reviewed public Help Center documentation. Records a PII-scrubbed help-query analytics event and consumes the connected app's AI quota. Never uses customer or account data; do not include sensitive personal information. Limited to 20 answers per connected app per day.

Create a real UPP support ticket and send notifications to UPP Support and a confirmation email to the supplied contact. Sent emails cannot be recalled.
