Returns a list of share and option scheme templates for a company on the Vestd platform. This does not include EMI, unapproved, and Growth shares schemes that can be accessed through the reward-templates tool. Returns share class subdivision records for a specific Vestd company. Results are ordered by completion date (newest first) and paginated; use the nextCursor value from a response as the cursor argument to retrieve the next page.

subdivisions

Returns shareholders for a company managed on the Vestd platform. Each record includes id, name, type (individual/corporate), total_shares, a shareholdings array, and other fields. Each shareholdings entry contains share_class_id (integer, cross-reference with share-classes tool), num_shares (integer), ownership (string: 'full', 'beneficial', or 'legal'), and legal_owner_id (integer or null — present on beneficial entries, references the legal owner shareholder id). Also includes records for future or past shareholders with empty shareholdings arrays. If a shareholder is managed and a user is allowed to see the details, a managing users array will also be present; these ID's can be cross-referenced with the user details tool. Returns stock transfer records for a company on the Vestd platform. Each record describes a transfer of shares between shareholders, including consideration, share class, shareholder details, and associated legal documents. Returns a combined list of valuations and in-progress valuation requests for a company on the Vestd platform. Archived valuation requests are excluded. Use the record_type field to distinguish between valuation and valuation_request records.

Returns in-app notifications for the authenticated Vestd user. By default this includes only unread, non-dismissed notifications. Set include_read and include_dismissed to true to include read and dismissed notifications. Returns invite records for a specific Vestd company, including the invite date, related record type and ID, and the associated user if the invite has been accepted. Searches all companies on the Vestd platform by name, display name, company number or website. Matching is partial, so a similar term will return relevant companies. Returns up to 50 matches sorted by company name. Omit the search term to list companies.
