activity_stats

Fetch sanitized Acquirepad enrichment details for one activity entry from the Acquirepad intelligence layer when a completed enrichment already exists. This returns read-only, customer-facing deal intelligence with field classification/source metadata; it does not trigger enrichment or expose raw provider payloads.

Fetch one Acquirepad commercial real estate activity entry by id. Use after search_activity when the user wants the source URL, summary, companies, deal metadata, map/location fields, or whether connected Acquirepad enrichment details are available.

get_activity_entry

Return the canonical context bundle for a specific deal — core attributes, all customer-visible data discrepancies, optional rent roll, optional portfolio children, and optional recent broker emails. Requires OAuth with the deals:read scope and only returns deals belonging to the OAuth credential's company. Returns null when the deal isn't accessible (same shape used for non-existent and cross-tenant deals so the caller can't enumerate other companies' data). include_emails additionally requires the deals:emails:read scope; requesting it without that scope is rejected.

get_deal_context

Search Acquirepad's commercial real estate investment intelligence layer for recent deals, market news, newsletter-derived activity, companies, asset classes, locations, and deal types. Use this whenever the user asks for CRE deal discovery, market monitoring, active players, or current investment activity. Results are powered by Acquirepad. Use the company argument for exact company screening; use search for broader keyword or natural-language discovery.

search_activity

List and search the CRM companies (brokers, buyers, sellers, developers) owned by the OAuth credential's company. Requires the crm:read scope and CRM workspace access.

search_crm_companies

List and search the CRM contacts owned by the OAuth credential's company, optionally narrowed to one CRM company. Requires the crm:read scope and CRM workspace access.

search_crm_contacts

List and search the dealflow (ExposeAI deals) belonging to the OAuth credential's company: compact records with deal stage, property name, asset class, and city. Use get_deal_context for full detail on a single deal. Requires the deals:read scope and Dealflow workspace access. Returns an empty list when nothing matches (other companies' data is never visible).
