Connect Claude to CoverCount to help your team manage reservations and event operations using natural language. Check availability, find reservations, view table assignments, and create, cancel, or update bookings—including moving guests to eligible tables. Get daily or weekly reservation briefings with cover counts, largest parties, and recorded birthdays and anniversaries. For events, find upcoming sessions, review capacity and recorded check-ins, and summarize activity. Authorized managers can also view financial summaries and prepare capacity or visibility changes for approval in CoverCount. Send operational SMS messages to individual reservation guests, with confirmation required for messages Claude drafts or edits. Track action status and distinguish completed bookings from pending message delivery or customer synchronization. CoverCount respects the signed-in staff member’s venue, role, and granted permissions. Sensitive management actions require approval in CoverCount, and bookings requiring payment handling remain in the staff app. Requires a CoverCount staff account and authorization to connect your venue.
