Formatix AI connects Claude to your Formatix account. Formatix is the document-formatting platform for recruitment and executive-search firms. With the connector, Claude can: - Find and explain templates. Find the right template for a request ("a one-page CFO profile", "the shortlist deck"). Show the fields a template takes from a CV, and list your firm's and your clients' brand kits. - Create templates from your own documents. Claude puts placeholders into your Word, PowerPoint or Excel layout and writes the extraction prompt and schema, then saves the result as your firm's own template. Formatix checks every tag before it saves anything. You can also build an HTML template from scratch, or let Formatix's AI build one from a file. - Change your own templates. Give a plain-language instruction ("make the header compact", "add a languages section"). HTML templates are saved as a new copy. Word, PowerPoint and Excel templates you built are changed in place, and earlier versions stay in Formatix. - Produce documents in your brand. Fill your HTML templates as PDF. Create branded executive-search documents: position specification, shortlist deck, search progress report, interview pack, appointment brief, LinkedIn carousel and role teaser. Draft "we have been retained" and appointment announcements with brand graphics. Nothing is posted for you. You can publish an appointment page if you choose. Templates that Formatix set up for your firm stay read-only and preview-only in Claude. Confidential searches never name the client. Files come back as short-lived download links.
