Fractieportaal

Fractieportaal is the workspace for political groups (fracties) in Dutch municipal councils. This connector lets a group member work with their council's information from inside their own AI app. Public council information — agenda, documents, motions, amendments, written questions, voting records per party, pledges made by the executive, the composition of the council, and the transcribed debate from the council's own broadcast. Updated nightly from the municipality's council information system. Also available: motions from nearly 300 other Dutch councils, local news and CBS statistics. The group's own material — its positions, house style, drafts and earlier contributions. Drafting — five tools create or update a draft motion, amendment, written question or speaking note. Nothing is ever submitted, sent or shared; that remains a human action inside the portal. Requires an account with a council group that uses Fractieportaal; there is no public mode. Each group has its own separate database, and the connector cannot read across groups — not even between groups in the same council. Access follows the signed-in member's own permissions, every call is logged, and a group can switch the connector off entirely or per AI app. Dutch municipalities only; interface and content are in Dutch.
