Lexnus connects Claude to your organisation’s governed legal policy. Teams can find approved clauses and rules, assemble contracts from controlled language, analyse agreements, explain findings, save versions, track obligations and send compliant contracts for signature. Every contract is checked by Lexnus’s deterministic policy engine against the applicable approved playbook. The same facts and playbook version always produce the same verdict. AI can extract contract facts, but it never decides compliance. Every action is attributed to an identified person, service account or AI agent acting on a person’s behalf. Tool calls and changes are captured in an immutable audit trail. Every evaluation is bound to the exact playbook version that produced it. Existing account, workspace and role permissions apply throughout.
