Nutrition is a personal food diary you keep in conversation. Tell Claude what you ate, share a photo of your plate, or send a barcode, and it logs calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar and caffeine. Alcohol tracking is opt-in. The file is parsed in your browser, so the rows never pass through the model • Export everything as a ZIP of CSV files, and delete your account at any time • Uses your timezone; the in-chat charts are available in 9 languages Your data is private to your account.
