Description
Built for companies. Ready for AI agents. PaperOffice is the headless DMS for Claude. Connect your company account, and Claude works with your business documents: invoices, contracts, delivery notes, HR files, scans and phone photos. No uploads into the chat. Your documents stay in PaperOffice, and Claude works on them in place, with more than 300 tools as a complete documents operations layer. Try asking Claude: • "Which supplier invoices are due this month?" • "Find our lease agreement and tell me the last day for notice." • "Check this delivery note against the order." • "Start our approval workflow for the new invoices." • "Redact the personal data in these HR files before I share them." What Claude can do for you: • Find documents by what they say, scans included: full text, OCR, meaning and entities. • Read text and extracted fields, each value with its place in the original document. • Import and classify documents, run AI-OCR on print, tables and handwriting, manage versions. • Start workflows, send documents to human review, request e-signatures, place legal holds. • Redact personal data, translate, convert, merge and compress PDFs. • Get overviews of document volumes, due dates, finances and audit findings. • Validate VAT IDs, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. Safe by design: Claude signs in with OAuth and acts only as you, with your existing permissions and workspace rules. Every tool is labelled as read-only, writing, or deleting and sending, so changes can require your confirmation. Signatures stay with people: Claude sends the signing request, and the signer signs on the signing page with an SMS code. Your documents are stored in PaperOffice's own EU data center or on your own NAS or server (BYOS). PaperOffice holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Claude provides the intelligence. PaperOffice provides the document infrastructure behind it.
