PickYourPlace helps people choosing where to live in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto research neighbourhoods and properties with sourced public-record evidence. What you can do: - Discover communities that fit your stated priorities and budget, with reasons, compromises and missing evidence for each. - Compare two or three places side by side. There is no overall winner: you see where each is stronger and what each asks you to give up. - Ask why a score is what it is: definitions, sources, update cadence, city benchmarks and weighted contributors. - Analyze a single community or property, keeping property facts separate from neighbourhood scores. - With explicit consent, continue a selected decision in PickYourPlace through a private link that expires in 15 minutes, or save it at your request. In Claude, interactive cards, comparison tables and community boundary maps help explain results. What it is not: scores describe their stated geography and methodology, and local percentiles are not a national ranking. Assessed values are municipal assessments, not listings, sale prices or appraisals. Missing dates and measurements stay visible. It does not search listings, forecast prices or promise outcomes.
