PrefMark is a private workspace for early-stage investors. It turns a deal's materials into an investment memo with one clear stance (Greenlight, Watch or Pass), evidence you can trace, and the diligence questions that are still open. With this connector, Claude can: - Find a deal by name and read its stance, reasons, risks and facts, each with its evidence level. - Tell you what changed since your last review and which questions are still open. - Read the Investment Memo and its Quick Read. - Add deals, save notes, and add or update diligence questions. - Draft a rewrite of a memo section, or pass on an update from a founder. Claude never changes your memo or your stance by itself. A rewrite or a new figure arrives in PrefMark as a suggested change, with the current text next to the new one, and nothing lands until you accept it in PrefMark.
