Relaimmo

Relaimmo is the CRM real estate agencies use to manage their listings, buyers and sellers. This connector lets each agent work with their agency's portfolio from Claude, with exactly the access they already have in Relaimmo. Ask in plain language to find properties by district, type, price or number of bedrooms, open a full listing, see which buyers match a property and why, or get your agency's figures. When you need to act, Claude can create a contact, add a note to a contact, draft a new listing, or update a listing's description and figures. You confirm every change before it runs, and each one is recorded in your agency's log. Some things stay in Relaimmo by design: publishing or withdrawing a listing, sending to property portals, deleting anything, managing photos and supporting documents. The seller's net price, the agency commission and internal notes are never sent to Claude. Contact names, phone numbers and email addresses are shared only if your agency administrator turns that on. Requires a Relaimmo account. Each agent connects their own account, and the agency administrator can revoke any connection at any time.
