Ridian

Ridian connects your assistant to all your calendars & ressources at once: Google, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Apple iCloud, kSuite, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and other CalDAV services. For Google and Microsoft accounts it also works with tasks, contacts, invitations, meeting rooms and outgoing email; CalDAV accounts provide calendars only. Plan and organise your days & work just by chatting. Ask things like: "Show me next week across all my accounts, work and private." "When do I have three free hours next week?" "Put the Friday review on my work calendar and add a task to prepare the slides." "Which open tasks are due this week?" "Find Anna's email address and send her the new time." "Keep my private calendar in sync with my work calendar, busy only." "Book me a meeting room for 12pm" It can write, if you let it: Create, move and delete appointments in any connected calendar. With Google and Microsoft also answer invitations, add and complete tasks, keep contacts up to date, find and book meeting rooms in your organization (if you are in an org-account) and send an email from your own account. Set up syncs between your calendars, for example to show private appointments as busy at work, and pause or check them at any time. Deleting, overwriting and sending are marked so that your assistant asks for your confirmation first. You stay in control of what it sees When you connect, Ridian walks you through a short setup: connect an account, then choose full access or narrow it down. Per assistant you decide which accounts and calendars it may use, which actions it may take and how much detail it sees: busy only, title and time, or full details. You can change or revoke access at any time under AI & Assistants. Events, tasks and contacts are read directly from your provider on every request; Ridian does not keep copies of their contents. Email is send-only: Ridian never reads your mailbox. Hosted in the EU, data processing agreement available on request.
