Description
Spheron lets Claude rent a powerful GPU computer for you and then do the work on it. Most AI projects stall at the same place: your laptop is too slow, and setting up a cloud GPU means comparing prices, launching a server, connecting over SSH and installing everything by hand. With Spheron, you just tell Claude what you want to get done. What you can do: - Try a new open-source model. "Set up Llama on a GPU so I can test it." Claude picks a machine, installs everything and runs it. - Train or fine-tune on your own data. Claude pulls in your dataset, starts the job, and you can come back hours later and ask how it went. - Turn a slow script into a fast one. Something that takes all night on your laptop can finish in minutes on a GPU. - Compare GPUs before you commit. Run the same test on two machines and see which one gives better value. - Keep costs under control. Ask what is running, what you spent this week, and stop anything you forgot about. How it works: Claude finds the best GPU offer for your budget, launches it, and then works on the machine for you. It runs commands, shows you the output, reads and writes files, and keeps long jobs running in the background while you do something else. You don't need to know Linux or SSH, but you can still log in yourself at any time. You stay in control. Claude shows you the price and asks before anything that costs money, deletes data or grants access, and it only goes ahead once you say yes. You set an hourly spend limit for the connection on spheron.ai, and Claude can't raise it. You can stop a machine at any time: a stopped machine keeps its files and only costs a little for storage. Good to know: machines are billed by the hour at the price Claude shows you before launch. The connector sees only your own Spheron account, and you sign in securely with OAuth.

Read the methodologyHow do I improve Spheron's Claude Connector discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
