Description

Supersei is a sales CRM for teams that live on WhatsApp and the phone. This connector lets Claude read and run your Supersei workspace on your behalf, as you, with exactly your permissions. Ask in plain language and Claude does the work: find leads that have gone quiet, open a lead's full timeline, create or update leads with your custom fields, move pipeline stages, assign owners, add notes, schedule follow-up tasks, book or move meetings, place a call from your CRM number and log the outcome, send a WhatsApp message or email to a lead, reply in the shared inbox, and read reports, forecasts and your own numbers for the day. Managers get ready-made standup, end-of-day and weekly reviews. Marketing can preview an audience, prepare a WhatsApp or email campaign as a draft and launch it only after confirming the exact count. Admins can manage pipeline stages, custom fields, scoring rules, roles, users and workspace settings. Safety is built in. Claude signs in with your Supersei email and inherits your role: an agent sees their own leads, a manager their team, an admin the organisation. Single sends and bookings show the exact text or slot first. Bulk actions are prepared as drafts and need a confirmed count. Deletes are two-step and lead deletes go to a recycle bin. Every change appears on the lead timeline with your name. Disconnect at any time from Claude or from Settings > API keys. Works with any Supersei plan, including trials.
