Description
Telma is a Canadian business texting (SMS/MMS), phone and video meeting platform for teams. The connector lets Claude work with your Telma account, with your own rights, in the organization you pick when you connect. What Claude can do: - Texts: list and read conversations (without marking them read), notes, STOP opt-outs, MMS images, team hours, the AI actions of conversations, and the full history of a number. - Contacts: search the address book, open a contact card. - Calls: call log, missed calls and who to call back, voicemail, messages colleagues took for you, live activity (calls in progress, queues, presence) and, with Telma AI, search calls by words or meaning, read a call's summary, actions and transcript, and see trends. - Video meetings: list them, read the summary, transcript and chat of a recorded meeting, get the guest link of one you host. - Search every summary at once: calls, voicemail, texts and meetings. - Results of the quizzes and surveys your numbers run by text. - Act, after your confirmation: send an SMS or MMS, draft a follow-up after a call or a meeting, schedule, move, cancel a meeting and invite to it, write to colleagues, set your status, take or hand over, close or reopen a conversation, add a note, name a contact, mark an action done or a callback handled. - Organization: statistics, call queue statistics, balance, subscription and Telma AI hours left. Safety: Claude never listens to call audio, only to summaries and transcripts Telma already produced. What contacts and colleagues write is treated as data, never as instructions. Texts and invitations are capped at 20 per hour and 100 per day per connection, messages to colleagues at 30 per hour. Your administrator decides which functions assistants may use, sees the connected assistants and can disconnect them; every tool call is logged, without its content. Requirements: a Telma account in an organization where the administrator turned on AI assistants.
