Tenacap is cap-table management for early-stage US startups. This connector lets Claude read and work on your company's cap table, with the same capabilities as the Tenacap web app. Ask and get figures Tenacap computes, not ones the model guesses: who owns what, fully diluted shares, vesting schedules, 409A status, Rule 701 headroom, QSBS eligibility, Delaware franchise tax and upcoming deadlines. Every answer names the records it came from. Model before you decide: a priced round, how your SAFEs and notes convert, an option pool top-up, dilution and an exit waterfall. Make changes safely: issue shares, grant options and RSUs, record SAFEs, add share classes and board members, draft board consents, or import a Carta, Pulley or Mantle export. Every change starts as a proposal. Claude shows what would change and who owns what before and after, and nothing is written until a company admin confirms it, in the chat where Claude supports that, or with one click in Tenacap. Changes that cancel, transfer or overwrite something are marked destructive, so Claude asks you before it proposes one. You can also send a bug report or a suggestion to the Tenacap team without leaving the conversation. Tenacap is in an invite-only beta. You need a Tenacap account; if you do not have one, connecting takes you to a page where you can enter an early-access password or request access.
