toolgrep is a directory of software products (developer tools, APIs, MCP servers and SaaS infrastructure) built for AI agents to query. Every listing is crawled from the product's own website and the structured facts are extracted automatically: pricing model and starting price, free tier, API, MCP server, SDK, open source and repository, plus links to docs and pricing. Each record carries a confidence score and a last-verified date, and listings are re-crawled on a schedule. Ask in plain language, in any language ("transactional email API with a free tier"). Search combines full-text and semantic matching and can be filtered by category, free tier, API, MCP or open source. Compare up to six products side by side, find alternatives to a product you already know, or submit a missing product by URL: it is crawled and usually live within a minute. Ranking is never paid for, and no sponsored listings are returned. No account or API key is needed.
