Description

Usero is a feedback board and idea management tool for product teams. Feedback comes straight from users through an in-app widget, a public board with votes and a roadmap, hosted forms and surveys, session replays, user tests, and imports from Intercom, the App Store and Google Play. Usero groups it into clusters so you can see what people keep asking for. This connector puts that inbox inside Claude. You can: - Search feedback by text, date, source or status, and read clusters with verbatim user quotes - File new feedback, or pin a note to a moment in a session replay - Open a GitHub, Linear or Jira issue from a feedback item, linked back to the original report - Build an NPS, CSAT, CES or custom survey and get its public link back - Create human user tests, search participant transcripts and mark sessions paid - Moderate public board posts, log votes for users who asked elsewhere, and set target months - Check Intercom and app review syncs and start a sync - Ask Usero to write a pull request for a feedback item on your connected GitHub repo, then track it Sign in with your Usero account over OAuth. Tools that delete data (a form or a user test) are annotated as destructive.
