Description
Very Simple Projects is personal project management for people who work with AI agents. Projects hold numbered tickets: a title, a Markdown body, a status, labels, a star, files and a comment thread. The apps run on iPhone, iPad and Mac. You and Claude work in the same tickets. You test and file what you find, with a screenshot, from your iPhone, iPad or Mac; Claude reads the ticket, fixes it and reports back in the thread. Or Claude files what it finds while it works, and you decide what happens next. Connected to Claude, a project becomes a place where both of you file and report. Claude can list and read tickets, file new ones, comment in the thread, set a status (new, in progress, blocked, done, deployed, or the project's own), assign existing labels, star a ticket, attach a screenshot or a log, and read the files a person attached. Blocked needs a note that asks the person something concrete; deployed is only for a change confirmed live. Every status change is written into the thread with its note, so the trail is complete. What Claude cannot do: delete a comment, remove a file, invent labels or statuses, or delete a project. A ticket may be deleted only when it should never have existed. At connect you pick one project, or all of them. A token can be revoked at any time in the project's settings, and the person sees in the app what was filed and by whom.

Very Simple Projects FAQ
How the directory, categories and Discoverability Score work.
Read the methodologyHow do I improve a Community connector's discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
