list_directory

List all available projects with their status. Shows projects from both local and cloud sources when cloud credentials are available, merging by permalink to give a unified view. Each project entry includes an `external_id` (UUID). Pass that value as the `project_id` parameter on other tools to address a specific project unambiguously across cloud workspaces — useful when the same project name exists in more than one workspace. Use this only when the assistant needs project metadata or the user asks for their projects. Do not call it as a prerequisite to `open_basic_memory`; the interactive app resolves the default project itself.

Manage the complete review lifecycle for an existing Cloud note. First call read_note with review_mode='structured'. Use command='comment' or 'suggest' with an exact prose anchor; command='reply' or 'resolve' with a review_id; and command='accept' or 'reject' for a pending suggestion. Do not write CriticMarkup yourself. The tool attributes new records to the detected MCP client and saves each command atomically with checksum conflict protection. Accept and reject require the revision_checksum returned by read_note because they change the document projection.
