These are time-limited (24 hours) links that require no login and consume a Docs on Demand credit once per bid — when the user wants the actual files, present them as markdown links they can click.

Fetch the full agenda, notes, and extracted text for a government procurement meeting. Useful for identifying upcoming contract opportunities discussed or hinted at during industry days and pre-bid conferences. Pass `id` for a meeting from list_meetings, or `documentId` (with the hit's `pageNumbers` for the matched pages) for a hit from search_meetings. Counts toward your account's daily detail quota.

get_meeting_detail

List government contracting bids from your inbox. The notifications inbox contains newly matched bids; the saved inbox contains bids you have bookmarked. Returns bid titles, reference numbers, agencies, due dates, and UUIDs. Use get_bid_detail to fetch full document text for a specific bid.

Emerging opportunities are AI-sourced early-stage leads and pre-solicitation intel extracted from government meeting minutes — they represent potential future contracts before a formal solicitation is published. list_meetings

Search every government bid BidPrime covers within your account's subscription — not just the ones already matched into your inbox. Use this to research an opportunity space on demand ("HVAC replacement bids in Texas", "anything from school districts about fleet vehicles"); use list_bids when you want what your saved searches have already delivered. Returns the same fields as list_bids — title, agency, reference number, region, due date, and UUID — plus a relevance score and the matched keywords/snippets, and `inbox` is set when a hit is also in your inbox. Follow up with get_bid_detail on a UUID for the full document text. Keywords use BidPrime query syntax: quote phrases ("fire alarm"), combine with AND / OR / NOT, group with parentheses, and target a field with title: or description:. Results are limited to your account's regions and coverage types, and your saved keyword exclusions still apply. Capped per account per day.

search_bids

Find the governments (cities, counties, school districts, state agencies, universities) whose meeting records BidPrime indexes, by name. Returns each agency's id, name, classification, and state. Use this first when the user names a specific government — "what is Travis County discussing" — then pass the returned `id` as `agencyId` to search_meetings to scope the search to that government. Names in meeting records are inconsistent, so searching a name here is more reliable than guessing it as a keyword. Restricted to your Meeting Intel regions.

search_meeting_agencies

Search the full text of government meeting records — agendas, minutes, meeting-video transcripts, budgets, and capital plans — across every government BidPrime covers in your regions. This is pre-solicitation intel: what a council or board is discussing months before an RFP is published, plus award values, bid tabulations, and payments to incumbents. Use list_meetings for what your saved Meeting Intel alerts have already delivered to your inbox. Terms go in three boolean buckets: `must` (all required), `should` (at least one required), `mustNot` (excluded). Each entry is one plain word or "quoted phrase" (use "phrase"~5 to allow up to 5 words between the phrase's terms). There is no query syntax here — no AND/OR/NOT operators or field prefixes. Scope an agency search with `agencyId` from search_meeting_agencies. Each hit returns matched snippets, a `bidprimeLink` that opens the document in BidPrime on the matched page, and a `documentId` — pass that to get_meeting_detail for the surrounding pages. Requires Meeting Intel and is capped per account per day.
