Book an appointment for a service at a specific start time. The response 'type' says what happened, which depends on the business's payment policy: - 'booking_created': the booking is confirmed; the response includes the confirmation_code. - 'payment_required': the business takes payment when booking; the response includes a secure payment page link, and the booking is created once payment completes. - 'card_required': the business requires a card on file; the response includes a secure page link where the customer saves a card (nothing is charged) and accepts the cancellation policy. The booking is created once the card is saved. The time is held for a few minutes. Required: customer_name. customer_email defaults to the signed-in user's email; customer_phone is optional. The signed-in user can later view, reschedule or cancel only bookings made under their own email. A service books only at its own location (see get_business_services); pass the same location_id. team_member_id books a specific team member; without it, a free team member is assigned.

create_booking

Cancel an existing booking. Returns the updated booking with status='cancelled'. WARNING: This action cannot be undone.

cancel_booking

Get open appointment times for a service on a date or date range. Each slot has start_time and end_time (with the business's timezone offset), the team member it would be booked with, and available_members: every team member free at that time. Pass team_member_id for one person's times.

get_availability

Check a pending booking (from create_booking's 'payment_required' or 'card_required') after the customer finishes on the secure page: whether the payment or saved card went through and the booking was created. Returns one of: - status: 'success' - Payment or card complete, booking confirmed. Returns the booking_id. - status: 'pending' - The customer hasn't finished on the secure page yet. - status: 'expired' - The slot hold expired before payment; a new booking is needed. - status: 'failed' - The payment or card was declined. - status: 'not_found' - Invalid pending_booking_id. This is idempotent - safe to call multiple times.

confirm_payment

Get the soonest open appointment time for a service within the next 30 days, optionally with a specific team member.

get_next_availability

Get details of an existing booking by its ID. Returns full booking info including status, customer, service, and times.

get_booking

Get one business's details: description, hours, booking policies, team, services, and a 'locations' array listing every bookable location (location_id, address, phone, booking link).

get_business_details

Get detailed information about a specific service including price (in cents), duration (in minutes), description, and category.

get_service_details

List the services a business offers, with prices (in cents), durations (in minutes) and descriptions. Each service carries a location_id and location_name and is bookable only at that location. Pass location_id to list a single location's services.

get_business_services
