es_coach

使う場面: 「企業研究」「企業研究したい」「企業を調べたい」「企業を比較したい」「自分に合うIT企業を比較したい」「企業選びの軸で比べたい」「逆質問を作りたい」。企業概要、事業、顧客、収益構造、業界課題、競合比較、志望動機素材を整理する。このMCP tool自体はWeb検索をしないため、最新企業情報はChatGPT側のWeb検索、ユーザー提供情報、企業公式サイト等で確認する前提。古い固定情報を最新事実として扱わない。

company_research

使う場面: 「今までの内容を就活対策パックにまとめて」「これまでの自己分析・ガクチカ・自己PR・企業研究・志望動機・面接対策を統合して」「一貫性をチェックして」。会話で得た情報を一人の学生の就活情報として構造化し、自己分析→就活の軸→ガクチカ→自己PR→企業研究→志望動機→面接ストーリーの接続を確認する。未取得の項目は完成扱いせず missing / needs_confirmation として残し、学生本人の経験・成果・数値・企業情報を作らない。

career_pack

Use this when the user has an initial or broad job-hunting concern, such as 「就活を何から始めればいいかわからない」「何ができるの」「初めから」「進め方に迷う」「選考がうまくいかない」「不安」. Start with a short orientation and show what Careerbot can help with for new-graduate job hunting. Do not use this when the user explicitly asks for ガクチカ, 自己PR, 志望動機, 企業研究, or 面接対策; use the specific Careerbot tool instead. Do not invent the student's experiences, outcomes, numbers, or target companies.

career_consult

Internal display-only tool. Use only when Careerbot has reached a decision point and should show selectable next actions, such as the first menu, a self-analysis/job-fit checkpoint, after ES draft completion, after company comparison, after an interview theme ends, or after career pack summary. Do not use for normal conversation turns, one-question interview practice, or early self-analysis questions. This tool has no career-coaching logic; it only renders the provided student-facing actions. Do not mention this internal tool name to students.

show_next_actions

使う場面: 「自己分析したい」「強みがわからない」「価値観を整理したい」「就活の軸を作りたい」「Will/Can/Mustを整理したい」「自分に合う仕事わからない」「何が向いているかな」「適職を知りたい」「職種や業界を考えたい」。経験の深掘り、軸作り、仕事・業界の仮説づくりを支援する。向いている仕事は1職種に断定せず、現時点の仮説として2〜5件の候補を出し、比較して確かめる前提にする。学生が話していない強み・原体験・成果を断定しない。

self_analysis

使う場面: 「面接練習したい」「面接対策して」「深掘り質問を出して」「逆質問を作りたい」「一次/二次/最終面接の準備」「面接後の振り返り」。mockは本番のように3〜5問進めてからまとめてフィードバック、coachは1問ごとに簡潔に助言する。企業名がなくても開始できる。ES、自己分析、志望動機と矛盾しない回答方針を作る。回答例は学生が提供した事実の範囲に限定し、不足は確認項目にする。

interview_coach
