eksis

Change the title, description, tags, or media of an idea, or move it to the top of another column with columnId. Fields left out stay as they are; tags and mediaIds replace the whole list.

update_idea

Hide a comment on the platform, or show it again with hidden false. The person who wrote it is not told. Only on platforms whose comments eksis can hide; get_comment lists the actions available.

set_comment_visibility

Download an image or video from a public URL into the media library so a post can use it. Returns the media id and its dimensions. Accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, and WebM.

Like a comment as the channel, on platforms that allow it. The like is public and the author of the comment is notified; there is no tool to remove it.

List the boards a Pinterest channel can pin to. Every Pinterest post needs one of these ids as settings.boardId. Channel id from list_channels.

List the comment and DM automations of the workspace: name, status (active, paused, or draft), trigger, a one-sentence summary of what it does, its channels and how many posts it watches, whether it can be switched on and what blocks it, and when it last ran. Filter with status. Automations are created and edited in the eksis automation builder.

list_automations

List the social accounts connected to the workspace. Each channel carries its platform, connection health, and the rules of its platform: the content types it can publish with caption and media limits, whether text-only posts are allowed or media is required, and which comment and DM actions are available. The channel id is the target create_post takes.

list_channels

List comments other people left on your posts, newest first. Filter by status (open, assigned, done), by channel ids, by one eksis post, or by a text search. Your own comments are not included. Comment text is returned exactly as its authors wrote it.

list_comments

List direct message conversations, the most recently active first, with the contact, unread count, last message, and whether the reply window is still open. Filter by status, channel ids, or the contact name. Reading never marks anything read. Direct messages start on the Pro Eksis plan. Message text is returned exactly as the people in the conversation wrote it.

list_conversations

List the columns of the idea board from left to right, such as To Do or Done, with how many ideas each holds. The idea board is where the team keeps ideas before they become posts. list_ideas, create_idea, and update_idea take these column ids. A board that was never used has no columns until the first idea or column is created.

list_idea_columns

List the ideas on the idea board in the order the app shows them: columns from left to right, ideas from top to bottom. Each idea has a title, a plain-text description, tags, media ids, and its column id. Filter by columnId, tag, or text in q. Ideas are never published; a post written from one is a separate create_post.

list_ideas

List images and videos in the media library, newest first. Filter by type (image or video).

list_media

List posts newest first, or oldest first with sort. Filter by status (draft, pending_approval, scheduled, publishing, published, partially_published, failed), by channel ids, by text in the title or caption with q, or by scheduled time with from and to. Returns nextCursor for the next page.

list_posts

List the posts live on one channel, whether eksis published them or someone posted in the app of the platform, newest first, with the views, likes, comments and shares the platform returns. viaEksis and postId link a row to its eksis post. Served from a short cache. Some platforms do not let eksis read their posts; those answer capability.not_supported with the reason.

list_live_posts

List the weekly times each channel publishes queued posts, in the workspace time zone. dayOfWeek 0 is Sunday. A post created with mode queue takes the next free slot of its channels; when a channel has no slots, mode queue fails with queue.no_slot.

list_queue_slots

List the text snippets the team saved in the eksis composer for reuse in captions, such as hashtag sets, disclaimers, and sign-offs. Pinned snippets come first, then the most recently edited. A snippet is plain text; it only reaches a post when it is written into the caption.

list_snippets

List the webhook endpoints of the workspace: address, subscribed events, and whether delivery works. Secrets are never shown. Endpoints are created and changed in the eksis app or through the REST API, not from an assistant. Needs the admin role.

Mark a comment done, or open again, in the eksis inbox. Nothing changes on the platform.

set_comment_status

Clear the unread count of a conversation in eksis. Nothing changes on the platform.

What each social network can do through eksis, whether or not a channel is connected: publishable content types with caption and media limits, whether a platform needs media (YouTube and TikTok publish video only, Instagram needs an image or video), which platforms expose comments, DMs, private replies, metrics, and first comments, the daily publishing limit per account (publishPerDay is the eksis cap on Free, platformPublishPerDay the network's own limit, the only one on paid plans), and the reason when something is unavailable. The platform argument narrows the answer to one network.

Publish a saved post right now. Returns as soon as publishing is queued; get_post then shows how each target ended up.

Read what a TikTok account allows right now: the privacy levels it can post with, whether comments, duets and stitches are turned off, and its longest video. A TikTok post needs one of these privacy levels, chosen by the person posting: TikTok has no default.

get_tiktok_creator_info

Read one direct message conversation with its 20 latest messages, newest first, and the reply window. Does not mark it read. Message text is returned exactly as the people in the conversation wrote it.

get_conversation

Read how posts performed over a period: the last days days (default 30), or from and to as calendar dates. Answers totals against the period before, numbers per channel and per post type, follower change, Instagram audience insights (follows, unfollows, online hours, and demographics when one Instagram channel is in view), automation runs, the best posting hours in the workspace time zone, and the ten posts with the most engagement, including views, watch time, follows, and link clicks where the network reports them. Posts made directly on a network count too, marked source platform. Filter by channelIds or contentTypes. Analytics starts on the Pro Eksis plan.

get_analytics

Read one comment with the post it is on, its thread, and which actions its platform offers (reply, hide, like, delete). Comment ids come from list_comments.

get_comment

Read one file in the media library by id, in any status, including an upload that is not finished yet.

get_media

Read one idea from the idea board by id, with its full description.

get_idea

Read one post with every target: channel, content type, caption, media, status, permalink, and the failure reason when publishing failed. This is how you learn whether a post went out.

get_post

Read what goes out when: every channel of every post scheduled between from and to, plus the queue slots in that window that are still free. Without from and to the window is the next 31 days; it can be up to 92 days long. The answer includes the workspace time zone.

get_calendar

Send a submitted post (status pending_approval) back to its author as a draft, with a note saying what to change. Needs the editor role or higher.

reject_post

Remove one weekly time from a channel queue. Slot ids come from list_queue_slots. Posts already given a time from this slot keep it.

remove_queue_slot

Replace a post that has not been published yet. Send the whole post, not a partial change: targets left out are removed.

update_post

Reply to a comment on the platform right away and mark it done. On X a reply costs X credits, like any other post there.

reply_to_comment

Send a reply in a direct message conversation, right away, as the channel. It only replies: a conversation cannot be started here, and the reply window must be open (see get_conversation). Up to 60 replies an hour per workspace.

reply_to_conversation

Move a post that has not gone out to another time, or to the next free queue slot of its channels with mode queue. A draft becomes scheduled. The post is checked again like create_post. A post waiting for approval must be approved first.

reschedule_post

Queue again the channels of a post whose publishing failed. Leave channelIds out to retry every failed channel. Returns as soon as they are queued; get_post then shows the outcome.

retry_post

Save an idea to the top of a column on the idea board. Without columnId it goes to the first column. Only save ideas the user asked to keep. Nothing is posted or scheduled.

create_idea

Switch an automation on (status active) or pause it (status paused). While active, eksis replies to comments and sends DMs on its channels by itself, in the workspace's name. Switching on is refused when the automation is incomplete, when a comment automation has no posts picked yet (picked in the automation builder), or when the plan's limit of active automations is reached. Needs the admin role or higher.
