Fetch one conversation by id. Returns the full record: title, short and long summary, content, time range, keywords, quotes, location, speakers, and template metadata — plus `transcript`, the raw transcript lines for the conversation's time window, always included. `summary` and `content` may be null — summaries are not always generated; the transcript is the ground truth either way. If `transcriptTruncated` is true, fetch the remainder with `fieldy_list_transcripts` over this conversation's time range. `transcript` is null only when the token lacks the `transcripts:read` scope. Use when: - You already have a conversation id and need to (re-)fetch just that conversation - The user asks "what was discussed in <named meeting>" after you found the id Do NOT use when: - You only have a topic / partial title → discover the id first (see below) - You only need timestamps and summary → still use this; there is no lighter variant Finding an id by topic (no full-text search exists): 1. Call `fieldy_list_conversations_in_time_range` if the user gave a date hint, otherwise `fieldy_list_recent_conversations`. 2. Scan each item's `title`, `summary`, `keywords`, and `content` for the topic. 3. Page with `nextCursor` until you find a match or `hasMore` is false. 4. Call this tool with the matching `id` for the full record. Errors: - "Conversation <id> not found" — wrong id, or the conversation was deleted - "insufficient_scope" — token missing `conversations:read`

fieldy_get_conversation

Returns raw transcript lines for a time range, ordered ascending by timestamp. Each line has `speaker`, `text`, `timestamp`, and audio offsets. This is the verbatim, unsummarized speech stream — not the structured conversation summary. Use when: - The user wants exact words ("what did I literally say about X") - You need to verify a quote, attribute speech, or extract details summaries omit - Building a fine-grained timeline - Continuing a transcript that `fieldy_get_conversation` returned with `transcriptTruncated: true` Do NOT use when: - You want one conversation's contents → `fieldy_get_conversation` already embeds its transcript - You're searching by topic — there is no full-text search; pull a window and scan `endTime` defaults to "now" if omitted. Window may not exceed 7 days — narrower is much cheaper. Pagination: pass `nextCursor` as `cursor` for the next page; stop when `hasMore` is false. Errors: - "Invalid date format" — `startTime` / `endTime` could not be parsed - "Range exceeds N days" — narrow the window - "insufficient_scope" — token missing `transcripts:read`

fieldy_list_transcripts

Returns conversations whose start time falls in the half-open interval [`startTime`, `endTime`). Times are ISO 8601 with offset (e.g. "2026-04-29T00:00:00-07:00"). Use this whenever the user names a specific day, week, or month. Use when: - The user asks "what did I do yesterday / last Tuesday / last week / in March" - You need conversations bounded by a known date range Do NOT use when: - There is no date filter → use `fieldy_list_recent_conversations` - You already know a conversation id → use `fieldy_get_conversation` Items may have null `summary`/`content` — summaries are not always generated. `fieldy_get_conversation` always includes the raw transcript. Range cap: window may not exceed 30 days — for wider spans, issue multiple sequential calls. Pagination: pass `nextCursor` as `cursor` for the next page; stop when `hasMore` is false. Errors: - "Invalid date format" — `startTime` / `endTime` could not be parsed as ISO 8601 - "Range exceeds N days" — narrow the window and retry - "insufficient_scope" — token missing `conversations:read`

fieldy_list_conversations_in_time_range

Lists the user's conversations in reverse chronological order, newest first. A "conversation" is a transcript of a real-world interaction (meeting, call, in-person chat) captured by the user's Fieldy device — NOT a chat thread with the assistant. Use when (any phrasing about recall of real-world events without a date filter): - "what did I do recently", "show my last meetings", "what was my morning" - "what conversations did I have", "what did I talk about", "what have I been discussing" - "who did I meet", "who did I talk to", "who have I been speaking with" - "remind me about…", "do you remember when…", "what was that conversation about…" - "recap my day / week", "summarize my last N conversations" - You need a chronological catalog without a specific date filter Do NOT use when: - The user names a specific date or range → use `fieldy_list_conversations_in_time_range` - The user names a specific conversation/topic → call this first to get ids, then `fieldy_get_conversation` Items may have null `summary`/`content` — summaries are not always generated. `fieldy_get_conversation` always includes the raw transcript. Pagination: pass the `nextCursor` from a prior response as `cursor` to fetch the next page. Stop when `hasMore` is false. fieldy_list_recent_conversations
