Foodzilla

Show or hide parts of the client app for EVERY client on the team at once. This is a team-wide change: it overwrites the same setting on each client's app, including any set for one client by hand on the platform. Only the features given change. Turning on meal plan generation or PDF export needs the White Label plan. Team admins and the owner only.

set_app_experience

Change the defaults every new invoice starts from. Only the fields given change; pass null to clear one. Invoices already sent keep what they had. Owner only.

update_invoice_settings

Create a form template from a title and a list of questions. Returns the form id and, for a discovery form, its public link. Sending the form to clients is done on the platform.

create_form

Create a named recipe collection from recipes in My Recipes. Takes recipeIds from list_my_recipes. Sharing the collection with clients is done on the platform.

create_collection

Throw away a recipe that generate_recipe or import_recipe_from_url drafted, without saving it. Nothing in My Recipes is touched. A draft that is left alone expires on its own after 30 minutes, so this is only for making it clear the recipe is not wanted.

discard_recipe_draft

Change the title, body, tags or linked items of one of the coach's posts. Only the fields given change. Takes the postId from list_posts.

update_post

Extend the coach's free trial by seven days. This can be done once per account. Nothing is charged. Owner only.

extend_trial

Generate a meal plan from targets and save it as a template in the coach's library, ready to review and assign on the platform. Nothing is assigned to a client. Returns the template id and its link. How much protein, carbohydrate or fat the plan has is set with macrosRatio, never with a label: for a high protein plan give a protein share of 35 to 40 percent. healthLabels are dietary requirements such as dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto-friendly, paleo, pescatarian, low-gi, fodmap-free. dietLabels are single-nutrient focuses only: high-fiber, low-fiber, low-sodium, high-iron, low-iron, high-potassium, low-potassium, high-magnesium, low-magnesium.

generate_plan_template

Invent a complete recipe from a description: ingredients with quantities, directions, servings and nutrition. Ingredients are matched to the Foodzilla food database when every one of them is known, and a photo is painted on save. Returns a draft with a draftId; call save_recipe to keep it, update_recipe_draft to change it first, or pass saveToLibrary to save at once.

Read a product's nutrition off a public web page and add the food to the coach's own food database. Give servingGrams when the page states nutrition per serving without a serving weight.

import_food_from_url

Read a nutrition label pasted as text, or a product description with its nutrition, and add the food to the coach's own food database. Give servingGrams when the label states nutrition per serving without a serving weight.

Read a recipe off a public web page and turn it into a Foodzilla recipe. Returns a draft with a draftId; call save_recipe to keep it, update_recipe_draft to change it first, or pass saveToLibrary to save at once.

import_recipe_from_url

List the coach's content hub posts, newest first, with status, tags, reactions and views. Optionally filter to drafts or published posts, or search the titles. Twenty per page.

list_posts

List the coach's form templates and the built-in ones Foodzilla provides, with their kind and, for discovery forms, the public link.

list_forms

List the coach's meal plan templates, with the number of days in each. Shared recipe collections are not included.

list_my_templates

List the coach's recipe collections with the number of recipes in each. A collection is a named set of the coach's own recipes.

list_collections

Pin a post to the top of every client's feed, or unpin it. At most three posts can be pinned. Takes the postId from list_posts.

pin_post

Publish a draft so every client can see it, which also notifies them, or move a published post back to a draft. Takes the postId from list_posts.

publish_post

Quote a move to a higher plan, more clients, or a longer billing period, before anything changes. Returns the new price, what is charged today, and a quote id that change_plan needs. Downgrades are not available here. Owner only.

preview_plan_change

Read the coach's booking page: its public link, timezone, weekly hours, date overrides, notice and advance limits, which calendars are connected, and the meeting types on offer.

get_booking_setup

Read which parts of the client app are shown or hidden for every client on the team: pages, tracking, messaging, bookings, forms, invoices and so on. This is the team-wide default that applies to all clients, not one client's settings.

get_app_experience

Read the coach's own account: name, business name, plan and subscription status, how many of the plan's client seats and team member seats are in use, units and week start, and whether they are the account owner. It is the starting point for what the account has available.

get_my_account

Read the defaults every new invoice starts from: business name, business number, address, tax label and rate, and payment instructions. Owner only.

get_invoice_settings

Read the coach's store: whether it is live, its address, whether Stripe is connected, the page copy, and the plans with their prices. The plan ids and current copy that update_store and update_store_plan work from come from here. Owner only; a store is created on the platform first.

get_store

Read the coach's Foodzilla subscription: plan, status, client allowance, billing period, price, renewal or trial end date, and the card on file. Owner only.

get_subscription

Save a recipe that generate_recipe or import_recipe_from_url drafted to My Recipes. Takes the draftId, the latest one if update_recipe_draft was used.

save_recipe

List the recipes in the coach's own library by name and id, newest first, so one can be picked for a collection or a template. Takes an optional search term and a page number. Twenty per page. Recipe contents stay on the platform.

list_my_recipes

Set the weekly hours the coach can be booked, and optionally days off or one-off hours on specific dates. Weekly hours given replace the whole week. Times are in the booking page's timezone.

set_availability

Sign out of the Foodzilla sign-in page on every browser. It covers the person who connected from a shared or public computer, or who wants to stop someone else's browser from being able to connect to their account. It ends the remembered sign-in only: this connection keeps working, and disconnecting an assistant is done on the Autopilot tab in Foodzilla.

sign_out_everywhere

Make the store public so clients can buy. Needs Stripe connected and at least one enabled plan that is in Stripe. Owner only.

publish_store

Put the store back to a draft so no one can buy from it. Existing subscribers are not affected. Owner only.

unpublish_store

Turn a plain-language description of a meal plan into the settings generate_plan_template takes, listing any assumptions made and anything it could not honour. Wording like 'high protein' or 'low carb' becomes a macro split.

describe_plan_settings

Change the title, description or questions of one of the coach's own forms. Questions given replace the whole list. Takes the formId from list_forms.

update_form

Change the coach's own account preferences: display name, energy unit (kcal or kJ), measurement system, start of the week, language, the country whose daily intake reference is used, which food databases searches cover, and whether regional brands are hidden. Only the fields given change. Photo and password are changed on the platform.

update_my_profile

Change the words on the coach's store page: address, title, subtitle, value proposition, call to action, coach name and bio, qualifications, proof points, testimonials, FAQs, currency and reply-to email. Only the fields given change. Logo, photos, videos, email templates and tracking are set on the platform. Owner only.

update_store

Create a text post as a draft in the coach's content hub, with optional tags and links to the coach's own recipes or templates. Nothing is visible to clients until publish_post. Scale and Team plans.
