Formatix AI turns your firm's own document layouts into templates and produces client-ready recruitment and executive-search documents in your firm's brand, or in a client's brand, from your own Formatix account. What you can do: - Design your template: attach your own Word, PowerPoint or Excel file (a candidate profile, CV layout, shortlist deck or tracker) and the assistant turns it into a template, keeping its fonts, colours, logos and layout. Formatix checks it and shows a preview filled with an example candidate before you use it. Formatix can also build it for you automatically. - Refine it in the conversation, for example "add a key skills section after the summary" or "make the headings navy". Every earlier version is kept, so any change can be undone in Formatix. - See what a template needs: the details it takes from a CV and the fields it fills. - Format a candidate's CV into your template, from the CV file you attach (PDF or Word) or pasted text, and get the finished document back. - Your own templates can also be filled right in the conversation. - Find the right template in your Formatix account by describing the document you need. - Draft a position specification from a role brief, build a shortlist deck from the candidate details you provide, and produce search progress reports and interview packs. - Prepare an appointment brief, a LinkedIn document carousel and a role teaser for direct approaches. - Write the "we have been retained" and appointment announcements for LinkedIn, with brand graphics, ready for you to post. - Start a branded role-briefing video. Documents are created on Formatix's servers and returned as download links (Word, PowerPoint or Excel, with a PDF for search documents). Confidential searches are supported: the client is described, never named. Who it is for: recruitment firms, executive search consultants, researchers and delivery teams who send branded documents to clients and candidates. Requirements and limitations: - You need a Formatix account and sign in when you first use the plugin. The plugin only accesses templates, brand kits and documents in your own account. - Formatix drafts posts and documents; it does not post to LinkedIn, publish web pages or send messages for you. - Documents are drafted only from the CVs and facts you provide. Format a candidate's CV into one of the user's Formatix templates on Formatix's servers and return a download link (Word, or PowerPoint/Excel when the template has that format). - Give the CV in exactly one of: cv_file, the CV file the user attached (PDF, Word .docx/.doc or plain text; Formatix reads it itself), or cv_text, the CV's full text exactly as the user pasted it. Never summarise, rewrite or add to it. - template_id and template_type ('cvtobios', 'custom' or 'user_template'): from find_template, list_templates, check_template_status or refine_template. 'user_template' is a template the user built from their own file. - output_format: 'docx' (default), 'pptx' or 'xlsx', only when the template lists that format. - candidate_name: used for the file name.
