Search Homele's real-estate development projects in Iraq (residential and commercial developments such as towers, compounds, and gated communities). Use this for requests about new projects, developments, off-plan or under-construction communities, e.g. "new projects in Erbil" or "residential compounds in Baghdad". For individual property listings use search-properties instead.

Search Homele's Iraq property listings for residential or commercial properties currently for sale or rent. Call this tool for listing-discovery requests such as: - finding apartments, villas, houses, offices, shops, warehouses, or plots of land - filtering by city, area/neighborhood, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, or property type - broad browsing requests such as "show me apartments in Erbil" or "find 2-bedroom apartments for rent in Baghdad" - rental requests including daily, monthly, or yearly frequency Do not use this tool for: jobs or salaries; area guides, schools, safety, or quality-of-life questions; market trends, ROI, or investment analysis; anything that is not a property-listing search. Never use listing results to infer facts about neighborhoods or the economy. Use list-locations first when unsure how a city, area, or property type is spelled on Homele. Bias strongly toward searching immediately with whatever filters the user gave. Missing filters just broaden the search — showing real results beats asking questions. Ask at most ONE short clarifying question, and only when the user has given no hint of rent vs buy. Phrase it as a single multiple-choice question with exactly two discrete options — "For rent" and "For sale" — that the user can pick in one tap, and let them skip it; then search right after the answer. Never ask about property type, bedrooms, budget, or currency — search without them and let the user refine from the results. If an input is ambiguous or implausible (e.g. "100 IQD"), do not interrogate: assume the most sensible interpretation (100,000 IQD/month), search, and state the assumption alongside the results.
