Read-only. Return one diary entry by entryId, scoped to the currently authenticated kokolog user. Use after kokolog_list_entries when the user wants to focus on a specific past entry. entryIds that belong to another user are rejected server-side; this tool never leaks another user's data. Returns only diary entries within the date range the user's account can currently access. The response includes only entryId, date, and body; it does not include account IDs, email addresses, internal timestamps, logs, or debug fields. The tool does not analyze the content — call it only to fetch the diary entry.

kokolog_get_entry

Read-only. Return simple reflection material (entry count, date range, and gentle date lists) for the authenticated user's recent diary entries. Default window is 7 days; up to 30 days. Aggregates only diary entries within the date range the user's account can currently access. The response does not include account IDs, email addresses, internal timestamps, logs, or debug fields. This is NOT a diagnostic tool — it is not medical, not psychological assessment, not a screening instrument. Treat the output as raw material for a kind, tentative reflection with the user. When you narrate the result, prefer tentative wording ('this week seems…', 'you might feel…') over verdicts ('you are depressed', 'you have anxiety').

kokolog_get_kokoro_report

Read-only. Return diary entries that belong to the currently authenticated kokolog user, most recent first. kokolog is a body-first diary; the ChatGPT app treats each entry as body text on a date. This tool returns only the diary fields needed for reading back entries (entryId, date, body); it does not return account IDs, email addresses, internal timestamps, logs, or debug fields. It does not analyze, diagnose, or interpret the entries. Other users' entries are inaccessible through the server-side account boundary. Returns only diary entries within the date range the user's account can currently access. Use this when the user asks to look back at their own recent diary or filter by date range or keyword.
