Jiminny

Switch which Jiminny data region your account reads from (e.g. calls and deals). Only regions your account belongs to are allowed. The switch stays in effect until you change it again; depending on your AI assistant it may apply only to this conversation or to all of your Jiminny AI sessions.

change_region

List every conversation that took place with one account — video meetings, phone calls, emails and SMS — in chronological order, across all its deals and any activity attached to no deal. This is the account timeline: use it to review a relationship. The has_deal=false filter returns exactly the conversations Deal Insights cannot show. Use search_calls with account_id instead when you need to search *inside* recorded calls — by transcript keyword, AI score, duration or talk ratio — or when you only care about recordings; search_calls returns recorded calls only and never emails, whereas this timeline also includes calls that were not recorded.

Get one CRM account in full: its fields, owner, open and closed deals, the people who work there, and how much conversation activity it has (activity_counts: completed calls and meetings, delivered or received emails and messages — unrecorded calls included, scheduled and failed excluded). Use after search_accounts, or when another tool returns an account ID. For the conversations themselves call get_account_activities.

get_contact

Get the chronological timeline of a deal's communications that took place — voice calls, video meetings, emails and SMS — by deal id. Filter by type and date range; paginated via cursor/limit. Voice and video items carry the AI summary, discussion topics and action items plus a call id to open with get_call; email and SMS bodies are opt-in via include_bodies. Use to prepare for a call, draft a follow-up, or review a deal's history. Unlike search_calls, this timeline also includes calls that were not recorded. This is a timeline, not a count — for how many calls or activities a deal has, read activity_counts from search_deals or get_deal.

get_deal_activities

Get the full record of one deal by ID: owner, account, value, open/close dates, status, current stage, full stage history with entry times, contacts, active risks, CRM field values, and activity counts by type (activities that took place — unrecorded calls included, scheduled and failed excluded). Use after search_deals to drill into a specific deal. For the timeline of calls and emails on the deal, use get_deal_activities.

get_deal

Get the full content of one recorded call or video meeting by ID: the AI summary, discussion topics, action items, the AI scorecard with per-rule reasoning, participants, and linked CRM prospects. Use after search_calls or get_deal_activities to read one call in depth, or when you need the scorecard reasoning. The transcript is opt-in (include_transcript) and returned in pages: keep calling with transcript_offset set to the previous response's transcript_next_offset until it is null, or target a span with transcript_start_seconds/transcript_end_seconds.

get_call

Get the current user's profile and organisational context — name, team, roles, spoken languages, and calendar/CRM sync settings. Use to personalise responses, e.g. to resolve 'my calls', 'my team', or 'my deals' without asking the user to clarify.

get_me

List the values available for the account filters, as configured in this team's CRM. Industries are free text with no IDs — pass the value itself to search_accounts.industry. Call this before filtering by industry, because the values differ per CRM and per customer. Takes no input. For deal stages and teams use list_deal_options.
