Add a new shared food using Katori's existing food model. Nutrients apply to basis.amount in basis.unit, and measures use the same unit. For restaurant estimates include '(estimated)' in the food name. Tell the user that estimated values are estimates and that the new food definition is shared with other Katori users. Never put personal information in shared food names; request a food-only name instead. Reuse requestId on retries.
