Returns whether the user can take a OnePay @ Work InstaPay advance on their current pay period right now. Use this when the user asks whether InstaPay is available to them, whether they can get paid early, or whether they can advance their earned wages.

get_atwork_instapay_availability

Retrieves the user's pay autosave enrollment status and configuration. Pay autosave automatically moves a portion of each paycheck into a dedicated savings pocket. Returns whether the user is enrolled, the save amount or percentage per paycheck, the current balance in the pay autosave pocket, and the APY being earned. Use this when the user asks about their pay autosave, whether they have autosave set up, how much they are saving from each paycheck, or the interest rate on their pay autosave pocket.

get_pay_autosave_enrollment

Retrieves the user's Pay Later (point-of-sale loan) summary including current balance, next payment due, due date, days past due if any, and overall payoff progress. get_pay_later_transactions

Lists every way the user can redeem their OnePay points — such as cash back or gift cards — and how much each point is worth for that redemption. Each option includes the dollar value of one point, how many points are needed per dollar, which products it applies to, and any expiration date. Use this when the user asks what they can redeem their points for, how much their points are worth, or how many points they need for a given dollar amount.

get_rewards_conversion_rates

Retrieves the user's OnePay rewards summary including current points balance, lifetime rewards earned and redeemed, and currently active campaigns or offers (e.g., bonus categories, cashback promotions). Use this when the user asks about their rewards, points balance, available offers/campaigns, or how much they've earned through OnePay rewards. OnePay Points conversion: 100 points = $1 USD (each point is worth $0.01) when redeemed for cash back into a OnePay Cash pocket. Minimum cash redemption is 2,500 points ($25). Gift card redemptions use a per-brand `point_conversion_rate` that may differ from the cash rate; this tool reports cash-equivalent values. The response includes `points_balance.available_usd_value` (and `lifetime.total_earned_usd` / `lifetime.total_redeemed_usd` when available) so you can speak about points in dollars without doing the math yourself.

get_rewards_summary

Retrieves the user's savings goals — OnePay Cash pockets that have a savings goal configured. Returns goal name, current balance, target goal amount, goal status, and progress details for each goal. Use this when the user asks about their savings goals, how much they have saved toward a goal, or wants to review their goal progress. Works for both Banking (OnePay Cash) and Builder Card users — Builder Card users have the same underlying OnePay Cash pockets, so their savings goals are returned the same way.

get_savings_goals

Retrieves all of the user's financial accounts including banking (checking & savings), credit card, crypto, invest, loans, and builder card. Returns account names, types, and current balances for each enrolled product. Use this when the user asks about their accounts, balances, how much money they have, or wants an overview of their finances. Banking (OnePay Cash) and Builder Card both represent the same OnePay Cash deposit account (a Builder Card is just a card_type — debit vs. builder_card — attached to the user's OnePay Cash). For both, `balance` is the total cash on deposit (Spending + Savings pockets) and `details.checking_balance` / `details.savings_balance` break it down. Builder Card additionally sets `builds_credit: true`. Both share `account_category: "checking"`, so phrases like "my checking account" or "my balance" should resolve by account_category rather than product type.

get_user_accounts
