Stratyfix

Who most needs coaching next and on what, ordered, with the evidence behind each suggestion. Use this when asked who to coach, what to work on with a rep, or how to spend limited coaching time. Each rep row carries their weakest skill, a verified call quote on that gap, their score and 30-day trend, and a suggested drill. Manager-scoped: the response's `access` field is 'ok' for a manager and 'no_manager_role' when the caller holds no manager role and therefore has no coaching queue. With `access` 'ok', an empty `reps` list means no rep currently needs coaching, and `coldStart` true means no rep has practised yet.

Deals the model proposes dropping from the quarter's committed book, each with its reason. Use this when asked what should be cut, which deals are dead weight, or what triage suggests. Manager-only. These are PROPOSALS and read-only here: nothing is dropped, approved or rejected through this connector — a human does that in the app.

triage_proposals

The per-rep breakdown of who is contributing what against the target, and where the gap actually sits. Use this when asked which reps are behind, where the shortfall is coming from, or how the gap splits across the team. Manager-only, and scoped to the manager's own cohorts.

team_gap_ledger

The signed-in person's own deal book: every open deal Stratyfix shows them, each with its forecast, the calls logged against it, and their own private next-move note. Use this when asked what someone is working on, what is in their pipeline, which of their deals are at risk, or what they said they would do next. This is the rep's own view — for a whole team's roll-up use the team_* tools instead.

my_deals

Whether the signed-in person is ahead of or behind their own quarter target, with the one deal most worth touching next. Use this when a rep asks how they are tracking, whether they will make their number, or what to do next. Self-scoped — it never shows anyone else's pace.

my_pace

The team's chance of hitting the quarter target, at one or more confidence levels, with the evidence the estimate rests on. Use this when a manager asks whether the team will make the number, how likely the quarter is, or what the odds look like at a given confidence. Manager-only: reps get a permission denial. If the org has not resolved enough outcomes to calibrate, the answer states that condition instead of a number.

team_target_odds

Whether the team is ahead of or behind the pace needed to land the quarter, and how that has moved over time. Use this when asked if the team is on track, how the quarter is trending, or whether they are falling behind. Manager-only. Some figures are withheld until the org has enough resolved history to state them honestly — the payload says which and why.

Whether there is enough qualified pipeline to cover the quarter target at a chosen confidence. Use this when asked if the team has enough pipeline, how much more is needed, or how thin coverage is. Manager-only.
