Auto-Immo

Auto-Immo is a property survey app for building professionals — painters, renovation contractors, estate agents and surveyors. Scan a building with an iPhone or iPad and it captures room-by-room measurements, photos, floor plans, thermal images and voice notes, then turns them into priced quotes. This connector gives Claude read-only access to that survey data. Ask what a room measures, which properties still need a quote, what the painting estimate came to at your own rates, what the EPC class and flood risk are for an address, or show me the north wall of the living room — and get answers from the survey itself rather than from a spreadsheet. Access is read-only: nothing can be created, changed or deleted. Each kind of data sits behind its own permission, granted individually on a consent screen — measurements, quotes, photos, plans, thermal images, notes and customer contact details are all separate. Connecting requires your password plus a code sent to your email, every time, and you can disconnect an assistant yourself at any moment. Government data covers Belgium (Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels).
